Regroup offers a flexible, tailor-made confidential programme for her clients in a blended format of workshops and executive career coaching - either 1:1 or on a group basis. This includes working with clients keen to take a 'reality-check' regarding their industry/role/career path and providing editing and proofing services. In New Zealand, Chris has supported clients with 'reality checks', outplacement and reconnecting with the workforce. At LHH/DBM in Singapore, Chris secured clients for 12, 6 or 3 month programmes and was one of two Lead Senior Consultants. During her time in Tokyo with Deloitte Consulting, Chris selected her own headhunters and recruiters and managed both global partner and middle management hires. At PAS Recruitment in New Zealand, Chris established a boutique headhunting company for corporate clients wanting to hire quality EAs and PAs. Today Chris blends her diverse background of coaching and recruitment expertise to her clients' full advantage.
